Welcome to VSK-Media. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

Company: VSK-Media, owned and operated by Vitalyc Kleiousis.
Client: The individual or entity requesting photography, editing, or related services.
Services: Includes, but is not limited to, photoshoots, photo editing, video creation, and equipment rental.

2. payments and cancellations

Payment Options:
VSK-Media offers two payment options:

1. Monthly Payment:
   • ‍Work will begin once the first invoice is paid.
   • Subsequent payments will be deducted automatically on a monthly basis.
   • Clients are free to cancel at any time.
2. One-Time Payment:
   • A minimum of 50% of the total fee is required to start the project.
   • The remaining 50% will be discussed and agreed upon with the client.
   • Ownership of the website is transferred to the client once full payment is received.
3. Cancellation Policy:
   • Monthly Payment: Clients can cancel payments at any time, which will terminate the service and revoke access to the website.
   • One-Time Payment: Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Payments already made are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
4. Refunds:
   • Refunds are not provided for completed services. In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at VSK-Media’s discretion.

3. Project Details

Client Responsibilities:

• Content Provision: Clients must supply all necessary content, including text and images, in a timely manner.
• Approvals: Prompt feedback and approvals are required to adhere to the project timeline.

Company Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery: VSK-Media commits to delivering services as outlined in the agreed proposal.
• Timeline: Projects are typically completed within 4 weeks, provided all client inputs are received on time.

4. Ownership And Usage Rights

Client Usage: Monthly Payment:

• VSK-Media retains ownership of the website until 12 monthly payments are made. After this period, ownership will transfer to the client.
• One-Time Payment: Ownership of the website is transferred to the client once full payment has been received.

Company Rights:

• VSK-Media retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Confidentiality

• Partners and clients must adhere to confidentiality requirements and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) where necessary.
• Breach of confidentiality may result in penalties, including withdrawal of payment and a ban on future collaborations.

6. Liability

• The company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website.
• The company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

7. Rescheduling And Force Majeure

Rescheduling:

• Clients may request to reschedule project milestones with reasonable notice. VSK-Media will accommodate such requests when possible.

Force Majeure:

• VSK-Media is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as cyber attacks or technical failures, etc.

8. Privacy Policy

• Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines data collection and usage practices.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved n the courts of the Netherlands.

10. Acceptance Of Terms

• By engaging VSK-Media’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
